Dirty Boxer 7, Three Stars 6
The Three Stars Softball Team met up for a match with the oddly named team Dirty Boxer. Three Stars started to dominate the game early in the first innings, with big hits by Keith, Miranda, Brian, Ben, and Ryan. Three Stars did an excellent job playing the field as well. Ben and Austin made a perfect double play against Dirty Boxer, giving them 2 outs and making for a short inning. Also, Miranda and Austin leaped forward to snag hard to get catches for outs. A total of 6 runs were made by Three Stars, mostly on RBI's. But in the end Dirty Boxer made a rally and came back to win the game with 7 runs. Even though it was a loss for Three Stars, they played well and are looking forward to the next game. Go Three Stars!
